Home Remedies to Control Hair Fall
Amla
Extract the amla or Indian gooseberry juice and apply on
your scalp eventually. Gently massage and let it set for 30 minutes. Wash your
hair with mild/ayurvedic shampoo. Intake of Amla on regular basis with your
diet helps you to control hair fall. With its amazing bundle of antioxidants,
it helps to get rid of hair fall, hair damage, hair greying etc.
Coconut Milk
Extract coconut milk and apply it on your scalp and massage
gently. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash
your hair in luke warm water with shampoo. Since, Coconut milk has vitamin E,
it helps to retain the moisture of your hair and promotes hair growth.
Onion Juice
Onion is well known and traditional home remedy which is
followed by our ancestors. Extract the
onion juice and apply on your scalp and dry it for 30 minutes. Wash your hair with your favourite shampoo. Onion
has antibacterial property which helps to get rid of bacteria and helps to
improve the blood circulation.
Fenugreek
Soak the fenugreek overnight as per your hair length and
grind well as a fine paste. Apply the paste on your scalp and let it set for 30
minutes. Cover your hair with cap. Make sure don’t damage your hairs while
applying. Since hairs are wet and it may
brittle. Rinse your hair with regular shampoo. Fenugreek seeds enhance hair
growth and help in the rebuilding of the hair follicles.
Neem
Take handful of neem and boil in a vessel containing water.
Let it cool down. Wash your hair with regular shampoo and rinse at last with
this mixture after your shampoo as a conditioner. Ensure that neem water doesn’t get into your
eyes. Neem can cause your eyes to burn and irritate. Neem has excellent
antibacterial properties that help you get rid of dandruff. This ensures the
scalp is healthy and promotes hair growth.
Yoga and Meditation
Make yourself free from stress. Yoga helps to relieve
tension and anxiety from the body and improves digestion that is yet another
cause of hair loss. Meditate for half an hour at morning and get refreshed with
